I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The cleanliness and overall comfort were definitely highlights, but the service was inconsistent, especially during checkout. Also, while the location was good for getting around Bangkok, the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it had its perks, but I wouldn’t say it was perfect.

The rooms were generally clean and comfortable, but I noticed that some furniture had visible wear and tear. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective, making my stay a bit uncomfortable at times.

My stay was quite disappointing overall. While the location was convenient, the service and room accommodations left much to be desired. I had issues with the staff's communication and responsiveness, and the room lacked proper privacy. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone seeking a true 4-star experience.

The room opened up to a bizarre configuration with an odd lack of walls in the bathroom, which made privacy a concern. The jacuzzi was also not clean, adding to my dissatisfaction.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located conveniently between Khao San Road and some lovely local spots. The room was spacious and clean, although the air conditioning was a bit noisy. I really loved the pool area which was perfect for relaxing. The staff was very accommodating and made the experience even better. However, it was a downside that the English TV channels were extremely limited during my stay.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be a delightful spot with great amenities and mostly friendly staff, but there were some significant downsides. Notably, the room quality did not meet my expectations for a spa resort, with some areas looking worn and in need of proper maintenance. The location is fantastic for exploring, but the cleaning could certainly improve, particularly around the pool area. Overall, while it has potential for a great stay, certain aspects felt lacking.
